3. Subscriptions and Payments
Fees for our services are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable. Variable charges, such as overage on employee limits and payslip processing fees, will be calculated and billed in arrears based on your usage in the previous billing cycle.
4. Service Uptime and Support
We strive to maintain high availability of our services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. Technical support is available to all active subscribers via our standard support channels.
